BM Fantasy — ESPN League Sync — Privacy Policy

BM Fantasy — ESPN League Sync is a Chrome extension that connects your ESPN Fantasy Football leagues to BM Fantasy My Teams using your existing signed-in ESPN session.

Information the extension accesses

The extension accesses only the ESPN fantasy football information needed to sync leagues you explicitly choose to import, including:

  • ESPN fantasy league ID, season, and league settings (roster and scored positions)
  • league teams, standings, and team/owner display names
  • full rosters, including player names, positions, pro teams, and ESPN player IDs
  • waiver wire and free-agent players
  • player stats, fantasy points, weekly projections, and game logs
  • recent league transactions, including adds, drops, waivers, and trades
  • content displayed on fantasy.espn.com while a league is being synced

What the extension never accesses

The extension does NOT read, copy, store, or transmit your ESPN password or your ESPN authentication cookies (SWID / espn_s2).

Your ESPN credentials are never sent to BM Fantasy.

How the information is used

Synced league data is used only to:

  • import and refresh your ESPN leagues in BM Fantasy My Teams
  • display rosters, Power Rankings, your team and lineup, waiver wire, and stats
  • detect roster changes when you refresh a league

Storage

The extension may temporarily store league IDs and sync state in Chrome extension storage.

BM Fantasy stores the league data you choose to sync with your BM Fantasy account so My Teams can display it across sessions.

Data sharing

BM Fantasy does not sell user data.

Data is not used for advertising, creditworthiness, lending, or purposes unrelated to the ESPN League Sync features.

League information is transmitted only between fantasy.espn.com, the Chrome extension, and BMFantasy.com as necessary to provide the extension’s functionality.

Remote code

The extension does not download or execute remotely hosted JavaScript or WebAssembly. All executable extension code is included in the extension package.

Security

Data transmitted between the extension and BMFantasy.com is sent using secure HTTPS connections.

Data retention and deletion

Temporary extension data is cleared when you uninstall the extension.

You may remove an imported ESPN league from My Teams at any time to delete its synced data and saved connection.
